Amy Piggott

Amy has practised exclusively in the area of family law since her admission to the profession in 2013.


Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, giving her a particular interest in parenting matters. Amy values the importance of maintaining relationships that families have after separation and focuses on finding a resolution for the client that conserves such relationships.


Amy has experience in all areas of family law matter including property matters, child related matters and domestic violence issues. Amy understands the difficulties that clients face during what is typically a stressful period in their lives. She provides clear competent advice, engages in negotiations and mediations with the clients objective at the forefront and can attend court (if necessary) to advocate for the client.


Amy grew up in rural New South Wales and has an open and friendly approach to her legal practice. She enjoys building quality client relationships and ultimately assisting clients to reach a positive resolution.


Amy loves spending time with her family – her husband and two beautiful daughters.
